  I thought I left a review already but wanted to make sure I gave a shoutout to the owner. Great place and it's always welcoming, clean and a great place to chill and eat fresh food. Wish the place served beer and I'd be here a lot more. Must try!

  Came in to by a sandwich. The cashier was obviously distracted & offered me a receipt before I even ordered. She then went on to complain about being tired. I put my order in but cashier was distracted and walked away before I finished ordering. When she walked back to finish transaction, she walked away again and couldn't ask why price was so high for one sandwich, but charge was already going through and i was hungry.
  When my order came, they brought me two sandwiches. When I asked for a refund, they said they've been told not to give refunds for any reason and only offer to remake sandwich. Also none of the 3 employees there had been trained on how to give refunds. When asked if I could talk to manager for refund, they said the manager left and I'd have to come back tomorrow. They took back the 2nd sandwich but gave no refund or credit.
  I recommend avoiding this place.

  This Deli Delicious is probably the worst one in Fresno. This is not one I go to. But it was after 8:00 pm and it was the closest one that was open. There is a little white guy that works there that hates his job. He was training another staff member but not doing any training. They messed up my order. I did not see it until I got home. I called them and told them my issue and asked them what they are going to do to make a customer happy. And the little white guy said well we can't give out things for free it will come out of my pocket. Lol (that is a lie).
  
  Also we order two large fries that look like a small.
  Never again will I go to this one again.

  I'm not embarrassed to say I come here for me or one or more of my kids probably once a week haha This location has really friendly employees and they are usually really fast to kick out the orders. This last visit my daughter and I arrived in the middle of the lunch hour - I'm going to blame that for the slowness of our order, the skimpy serving of fries (tried the beer battered this time and they are *really* good) and that my medium size sandwich was noticeably smaller than hers (huh?). HOWEVER, I got full so I'm really not going to complain about that. My sandwich - I always order the #21 - was good, as always.
  
  Oh slight annoyance with this location is they don't offer the check in discount like at the McKenzie location, which is my other DD spot, closer to home.

  Alyssa the manager had poor customer service and so do her employees. They failed to notify me that a soup was out when I had ordered through DoorDash. When we tried to exchange the soup for a sandwich over the phone Alyssa refused to accommodate and refused to apologize. She said she couldn't because of a 'lunch rush'. If she would have seen the ticket was asking for something they did not have, she should have called right away, instead she waiting 20 minutes to let us know they did not have it. Alyssa and her employees need to be aware that when a mistake is made they should have the decency to fix it. Zero stars if the option was available.
